Events

Registrations, capacity and the people who turned up

Events, sign-ups and check-in that write back to the same attendance record the rest of the church uses.

Events is designed and not yet built. Services and worship planning are available today under Sunday; ticketing and registration are not.

What it does

Registration with real limits

Capacity, waiting lists and per-session sign-up, with forms a church can shape without a developer.

Check-in that counts

Who registered and who actually came are different numbers, and a church planning the next one needs both.

Volunteers assigned, not assumed

Roles, rotas and reminders attached to the event rather than living in a group chat.

Follow-up afterwards

A first-time guest at a Christmas service is a person to reach, and the event knows who they were.

Why it matters that this is one system

An event attendee is a person in your directory, so a guest at a carol service in December is somebody follow-up can reach in January — rather than a row in an export nobody opened.
