What it does
Stage notes never reach the room
A cue is split so the public parts and the stage parts are separate structures. The projection to the main screen has no field a stage note could travel in.
Song rights, tracked honestly
A plan containing a song your church has no licence for is refused rather than warned about, and the refusal says which song and which licence.
Themes that stay readable
Contrast is checked against the text that will actually be shown. A brand colour that would make lyrics unreadable at the back of a room is rejected.
Works with no internet
The sanctuary screens and stage display keep running when the connection drops. Worship is not a feature that should depend on a broadband line.
Why it matters that this is one system
The same cue that puts a verse on the wall puts it on a member’s phone, on the livestream overlay and in the sermon archive — each rendered for that audience rather than copied between systems.
