One price for the whole church
No per-module upsell and no charge per person. Every church gets a free, permanent address at mychurchos.app; using a domain your church already owns is not wired up yet. Nothing can be charged today — subscription billing is not built, so the prices below are what ChurchOS will cost, not what any church is paying.
Pricing questions
Is there a per-person charge?+
No. Every plan includes unlimited people. Churches grow, and software that charges per soul creates a reason not to reach one.
Is there a free trial, and what happens when it ends?+
There is no trial clock running against any church. Signing up records a subscription marked "trialing" and never sets an end date, because subscription billing is not built — nothing can be charged, so nothing can start being charged. The plans have a trial length attached for when billing exists; until then ChurchOS is simply free, nothing is deleted, and you choose whether to continue.
Can we change plan later?+
That is the intention, in either direction, with limits applying from the moment you change and nothing removed retroactively. There is no checkout or billing portal to do it in yet, so today it is a conversation with us rather than a setting.
Do you take a percentage of giving?+
That is not the intention. Giving is intended to be included in the plan price rather than charged as a share of what a congregation gives, with card processing fees going to the processor. Since neither giving nor billing is built, treat that as a stated intention and not as a term — it becomes a term when the terms of service take effect.
