What it does
A plan that is frozen when it runs
A service runs against a published version, so somebody adjusting next week on a Thursday cannot change what is on the screen this Sunday.
Preview and Program
Stage the next cue, look at it, then take it. The operator sees what is coming; the room only ever sees what was approved.
Long readings do not break
Scripture paginates across every output with the same boundaries, so the stage display and the livestream never disagree about where a reading ends.
Recovery is assumed
A display that loses wifi replays what it missed and reconciles. On church networks that is not an edge case; it is most Sundays.
Why it matters that this is one system
A sermon written in Pastor Study becomes the outline in the service plan, the passage on the screen, the lower third on the stream and the archive entry on the website — because they are the same record.
