Giving that is part of the church, not bolted on
Online and recurring giving, funds, campaigns and year-end statements — connected to the same person record as everything else.
Giving is designed and not yet built. Nothing in ChurchOS records a donation today, there are no donation, fund or gift records, and no payment processor is connected to it. No date is given for when that changes. A church that needs online giving now should keep the provider it already uses.
What it does
Funds and campaigns
General, building, missions — with a campaign able to run across them and report honestly on progress.
Statements without a spreadsheet
Year-end statements generated from the same records the finance team already reconciles.
Donor detail stays with finance
Who gave what is one of the most sensitive things a church holds. It is a separate permission from the rest of the person record.
Giving from the seat
A member can give from the phone in their hand during the response, without downloading anything.
Why it matters that this is one system
A gift belongs to a person, not to an email address on a payment processor. That is what makes pastoral care, follow-up and stewardship the same conversation.
